I remember seeing these TamTech Gear Buggies on the internet and in catalogs at the hobby store I worked at, but even at that time they had been discontinued/hard to get. Fast forward many years later and they pop up on ebay occasionally. I saw this one locally, brand new in box, for a little less than the typical going rate and bought it on impulse. Its a goofy little guy but I am very fond of the size and appearance of the buggy. That being said, it is a slow and bouncy buggy out of the box, due in part to the very old NiMh that was supplied with it. My goal for this car is to make it drive nice for some side yard zooming.
